All parties agree that the Solaris Products acquired with earned points through the SolarisPro Dealer incentive program are not intended for resale online, to a non-SolarisPro HVAC contractor, or end user (such as homeowner) for self-install. Solaris products must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor that has been trained in the proper application and installation of the Solaris IAQ product line manufactured by Ultravation, Inc.. Violations of this agreement may result in the termination of the violating dealer in the Solaris Pro Dealer program.
